Hi-load welding positioners

Positioners of the TX series are machines characterized by high useful capacity values from 500kg to 30.000 kg, manufactured with particularly robust  structures to best carry out the heavy work required.
Models 500 - 800 - 1200: Rotation with 3Ph AC motor INVERTER controlled and a double reducer. Inclination of the table is now motorized as standard. The standard version provides for a manual work cycle (Forward Motion-Stop-Backward Motion) carried out in 2 stages or 4 stages. Automatic cycle is available in option. Biggest size after 3.000Kg use hydraulic tilting technology. Different sizes and versions can be done on request.

TX CB Bench positioner :
Hi load capacity rotating table with the following additions: tail stock activated by a pneumatic cylinder sliding on a grounded base. This becomes extremely useful for centering and locking down the piece to be welded. The length between the table and tailstock can be customized on request. This unit offer an incredible possibility of personalisation, and it?s always a special machine designed on request.

Hi-load 3 axes lifting positioners

TZ positioners are similar to TX series but they have one more axis to lift the table.
Hydraulic movements for the two step axis lift and tilt.
Electro motor (inverter driver) and two stage reducer to active the rotation oh the table. All security hydraulic circuit with anti fall devices and test certificate of the components. The standard version provides for a manual work cycle (Forward Motion-Stop-Backward Motion) carried out in 2 stages or 4 stages.
