Two-axis manipulators for mig tig arc welding

Manipulators for all application light, heavy and ultra heavy.
Based on two motorised axes mounted either on bedplates secured to the floor (FLOOR version), with possibility to rotate through 360°, or on trolleys with motorised system for transport along rails (SLIDE version).
Axis movement is performed on linear guides and recirculating-ball bearings slides to guarantee the necessary accuracy and to eliminate vibration of the welding torch.

WELDSUB ONE
Entry level 2 axes units, double motorization (vertical and horizontal) available from smallest 1,5x1,5 mt working length up to 3x3 mt working length. These machines are the perfect solution to support welding MIG or TIG equipment, are not recommended for heavy application as SAW or multi processes stands. This unit are made with 100% iron frame and base and all movement are on linear ball bearings slides. All movements are motorized and controlled by electronic vectorial inverter. Standard X-Y controls are available.

WELDSUB FLOOR - SLIDE
No compromise welding manipulator, suitable for heavy application, SAW, double head and multi process as well. There is no application impossible for these beautiful machines. Several options can be added to the standard version. Combined to the manipulators, we can set up also the ?turn-key? welding plant, adding power sources and all devices as cameras, tracking systems, flux traetment etc. etc.
According to the customer's requirements all features can be designed for the best performance in complex welding plant.
