Linear skids positioners

The motorised linear tracks SCN are the ideal instrument for carrying out  welding along straight paths, guaranteeing the same precision and reliability with any spatial orientation for vertical and horizontal paths. The solid,  self-contained structure uses one linear track with ball-bearing trolleys, in such a way as to always guarantee a perfect trajectory during movement of the trolley holding the welding torch. The SCN series covers useful welding lengths ranging from 500mm to 3000mm. Guaranteed range is 20kg at 0.5m, allowing the accommodation of a torch support arm with split support in order to carry out two parallel welding operations. For all versions, brushless (with ENCODER) motor and CN control are provided.
The touch screen control panel is assembled in a convenient metallic box which contains all the controls, including the cable connected to the welding tool, in order to synchronies the start of welding with pressure on the start pedal.
The length of the welding path is regulated by CN and to set this measure is very easy because the dimensions are write directly in mm for the length and in mm/min for the speed, so an operation which allows setting up of any desired length for the welding path.
It is nevertheless possible to change the standard work cycle just described in order to solve particular customer requests.
With linear tracks for carrying out welding in a straight line, these positioners guarantee absolute precision in the sideways motion of the torch, taking advantage of rectified tracks and ball-bearing trolleys.
For applications from 500mm up to 3m with 0,1mm accuracy. Brushless motors and CN control. Touch screen interface with standard manual and automatic working cycle. Set up parameters directly in millimeters and time in seconds. (crater filling and post gas if needed).
