Procedural Principle TIG-Short-Time Welding



Special weld current sources for TIG-short-time welding ranging from 0,02 to 2 seconds.

Technology:

Welding with extremely short and high-precise TIG-arc. With weld currents from 10 to 80 A welding times normally range from 80 to 120 ms for the applications listed below.

Halogen lamp H4

for the automobile industry. For automated mass production as well as for special production our short-time welding appliances (Micro-TIG) are put to use. With an extremely short weld pulse (100 ms) the lamp connections are joined to the socket.

Miniature relays for conductor boards. Welding of magnet wire to print connections.

 

 

 

 

Heater plug

Rounding of heater plugs for diesel-engined vehicles. With short current pulses the end of the heater plug is being rounded. (Micro-TIG).
