Automatic Flash-Butt Welding



Perfect weld joints with short welding times as well as high reproducibility of welding parameters mark the flash-butt welding machines of series AS.

These machines are supplied in different versions with upsetting forces as from 15 to 320 kN. Butt-weldings of steel cross sections with smooth, straight outer surfaces can be automatically deburred with hydraulic plane deburrers. Systems providing parameter control and process monitoring are also available to ensure quality control.
